We are looking for a Global HRIS Specialist to join our Global Shared Service HR organization. In the global team, we have two roles, the Global HRIS Specialist and the Process and System Expert. As the Global HRIS Specialist, you will, together with your
colleagues in India, Czech Republic, Germany, China and Sweden, be responsible for supporting employees, managers and HR with global processes and systems.
Provides day-to-day end user support in HR data system applications (e.g., SumTotal, Success Factors, etc.).
Processes corrections in HR data system applications, including running scheduled audits and responding to end user requests for corrections.
Maintains system fields and database tables.
Runs scheduled reports and creates Ad Hoc reports as needed.
Supports external candidates and agencies with related HR system requests.
Works with our system support partners by opening tickets and follow up to raise any system issues and requests.
Participate in special projects as needed.
Participates in system upgrades, including system configuration and security, documentation, executing test scripts, and other implementation tasks as assigned.
Performs basic system security administration such as password resets.
Maintains HRIS-related procedures (including training materials and standard work for end users and system administrators) to ensure consistent use of systems. Communicates changes as needed.
Create or enhance process documents related to existing or new systems
Build cross-functional partnership – work closely with HR, IT, Vendors and project team members to achieve project objectives
Document and update HRIS processes. Train HR team, managers, and employees on applicable HRIS functionality, system updates, and best practices.
Performs other related duties as directed
Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint
Strong administrative and organization skills with the proven ability to take initiative to complete assignments and responsibilities
Proven ability to quickly learn systems, processes, procedures and multitask
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Minimum 3+ years of experience in HRIS systems processes required;
Experience in global HR systems is a plus;
Experience in Successfactors, SumTotal preferred; and other HRIS System Databases
Microsoft Office Excel experience required (VLOOKUP, pivots, databases).
Bi-lingual English and Spanish preffered
Knowledge of HRIS systems;
Knowledge of HR principles and practices;
Knowledge of database maintenance basic concepts
Bachelor’s Degree in Management information systems or related field or related work experience.
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Ability to work with staff at all levels
Excellent attention to detail
Commitment to providing exceptional services to clients within the business
The physical requirements of the job include sitting, walking, standing, keyboard and phone activities. Extended periods may be spent at a desk using office equipment. At times may require hands on work occasionally and lift materials weighing up to 10
